During the process, the machine automatically determines the orientation of the bottle caps using gravity and track limiting structures. Reversed or tilted caps automatically fall back into the hopper for reorganization, while correctly oriented caps smoothly enter the orienting conveyor track, completing the orderly sorting process. The entire process is automated and requires no intervention.
