Labeling Machine

 

FOREN labeling machines are automated labeling equipment independently developed by our company. They utilize electromechanical control mechanisms to precisely affix labels to the surface of packaging containers or products. Currently, our main customers cover multiple industries and fields, including water treatment, food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

 

Our labeling machine products mainly include three types: flat labeling machines, circumferential labeling machines, and side labeling machines. Flat labeling machines primarily affix labels or films to the top flat or curved surfaces of workpieces (such as boxes, books, and plastic casings). They offer both roller and suction labeling methods, selected based on efficiency, accuracy, and bubble control requirements.

 

Circumferential labeling machines affix labels or films to the circumference of cylindrical or conical products (such as glass bottles and plastic bottles). They can perform circumferential labeling, semi-circular labeling, double-sided circumferential labeling, and circumferential positioning labeling functions. They primarily offer vertical and horizontal labeling methods.

Our side labeling machines affix labels or films to the flat or curved sides of workpieces (such as flat cosmetic bottles and square boxes). They can be used in conjunction with round bottle labeling equipment to achieve synchronous labeling of round bottles.

 

On another level, based on the degree of automation, labeling machines can be divided into fully automatic labeling machines and semi-automatic labeling machines:

1. Fully Automatic Labeling Machine: Integrates vision positioning, intelligent algorithms, and servo systems, suitable for assembly line operations;

2. Semi-Automatic Labeling Machine: Requires manual assistance for loading and unloading, suitable for small-batch production.

According to the degree of automation, labeling machines can be divided into:

1. Fully automatic labeling machines: integrating vision positioning, intelligent algorithms, and servo systems, suitable for assembly line operations;

2. Semi-automatic labeling machines: requiring manual assistance for loading and unloading, suitable for small-batch production.

FOREN labeling machines are powerful, capable of single-sided/double-sided labeling of multiple products with a single machine. The products utilize a double-sided rigid plastic synchronous guide chain, automatically ensuring bottle alignment. This reduces the requirements for worker bottle placement and assembly line integration, significantly simplifying worker operation or assembly line integration. They can be used independently or integrated into an assembly line. This product is also equipped with a spring-loaded top clamping mechanism to ensure smooth product transport and effectively eliminate bottle height errors. It features an automatic bottle separating mechanism that automatically separates bottles before guiding, ensuring stability during subsequent bottle guiding, transport, and labeling processes.

Furthermore, we have equipped the labeling machine with a double-layer labeling mechanism. This ensures accurate initial labeling, and the secondary extrusion coating effectively eliminates air bubbles, guaranteeing strong adhesion at both ends of the label. Combined with intelligent control, it boasts high stability, automatic photoelectric tracking, and a "no label, no stock" function to prevent label waste.

The main materials of this positioning labeling machine are stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, resulting in a robust and aesthetically pleasing structure. Considering actual working conditions, we have equipped it with fault stop functions, production counting functions, energy-saving functions, production count setting stop functions, and parameter setting protection functions for convenient production management.

In addition, various functions and components are available as options, such as thermal coding/inkjet coding, automatic feeding, automatic receiving, additional labeling devices, and other labeling devices (customizable according to customer needs).
