FOREN Company undertakes custom stainless steel shelving services. Following industry practice, standard stainless steel shelving dimensions are primarily: 2000*600*2000mm, 2000*500*2000mm, 1500*600*2000mm, and 1500*500*2000mm. Other sizes can also be customized.

Our company's stainless steel shelving is categorized into light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty shelving based on load-bearing capacity. Light-duty shelving has a load capacity of less than 150kg per layer; medium-duty shelving has a load capacity of 150kg-500kg per layer; and heavy-duty shelving has a load capacity of more than 500kg per layer.

Stainless steel shelving units are mainly composed of key components such as uprights, shelves, and beams. Their features include:

1. Upright Design: The uprights of the stainless steel shelving units feature a butterfly-shaped perforation design. The dense perforations allow for flexible adjustment of the height of each shelf, facilitating operation. The butterfly-shaped perforation design also improves the load-bearing capacity and stability of the shelving.

2. High-Quality Welding: The welding points of the stainless steel shelving units on the uprights are reinforced with horizontal and diagonal braces, enhancing welding strength and making the shelving more robust, stable, and of higher quality.

3. Reinforced Shelves: Each shelf of the stainless steel shelving unit can be reinforced with ribs, making it more robust, durable, and less prone to deformation.

4. Grooved Beams: The beams of the stainless steel shelving units have grooves on all four sides, facilitating shelf installation. Simply place the shelf directly into the groove; it's simple and quick.

5. Easy Installation: The stainless steel shelving units can be installed without screws. The installation structure of the beams and the butterfly hole design on the uprights allow the entire rack to be installed by hand.
