FOREN's containerized brackish water desalination equipment features a modular design, making installation simple, easy to move, and space-saving. The equipment is equipped with automation and optional remote monitoring functions, enables remote monitoring and real-time tracking of the equipment's operating status. Equipped with a variable frequency high-pressure pump featuring energy recovery, it reduces energy consumption. The containerized brackish water desalination equipment features a containerized outer shell and is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, making it suitable for harsh coastal climates.

 

Containerized brackish water desalination equipment is widely used in island resorts, coastal hotels, and emergency water supply scenarios, providing users with cost-effective and sustainable freshwater resources that meet stringent international drinking water standards.

FOREN's containerized brackish water desalination equipment comprises four core components: influent pretreatment, high-pressure reverse osmosis, energy recovery, and post-treatment. Raw water undergoes a precision filter to efficiently remove suspended solids and impurities, completing reliable pretreatment. It is then stably pressurized by a variable-frequency high-pressure pump and enters the core reverse osmosis membrane module, achieving a desalination rate of up to 98.5%, realizing deep desalination of seawater/brine water. A dedicated energy recovery device recovers residual pressure from the concentrate and recycles energy, significantly reducing overall energy consumption.

 

The freshwater produced by the containerized brackish water desalination equipment undergoes post-treatment processes such as pH adjustment, mineralization, and disinfection, ensuring that the water quality fully meets drinking water standards. The concentrate is safely and compliantly discharged.
