The entire seawater RO system adopts an integrated design, with an external container body featuring protective doors and windows as well as a light-transmitting observation window. The container body can withstand sunlight, salt spray, and weathering, protecting the internal piping and electrical control components for stable operation, and also facilitating vehicle lifting and transportation. The container houses complete water treatment process units. Piping connections, overall machine debugging, and water quality simulation tests are completed before delivery. Once the equipment is in place, only the seawater inlet and external power supply need to be connected, allowing for rapid water production, significantly reducing project construction time and initial infrastructure investment.
The core technology of a seawater RO system is high-pressure reverse osmosis desalination. Seawater undergoes multi-stage pretreatment filtration, effectively intercepting sediment, suspended solids, and algae colloids, preventing membrane element clogging and damage. After pretreatment, the seawater is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and enters the reverse osmosis membrane system. Utilizing the principle of semi-permeable membrane sieving, it precisely removes salt, heavy metals, microorganisms, and various impurities from the seawater, allowing only water molecules to pass through the membrane modules to form compliant freshwater. The system boasts a stable and reliable desalination rate, and the produced water quality meets drinking water standards. The seawater RO system's control panel features a touchscreen intelligent control system, equipped with flow meters, pressure gauges, and online water quality monitoring instruments. Real-time visualization of operating flow rate, water pressure, and salinity data is provided. It features automated functions such as high and low pressure protection, water shortage shutdown, automatic flushing, and fault alarms, making daily operation simple and convenient.
