Juice Filling Machine

The juice filling machine is a 3-in-1 equipment integrating cleaning, filling, and sealing processes.

The cleaning unit of the juice filling machine consists of three main structures: a bottle clamping head, a rotating upper disc, and a high-precision guide rail.

During production, the bottle clamping head rotates synchronously with the upper disc, precisely clamping the neck of the PET bottle and fixing the bottle body. Following the guide rail trajectory, it completes a precise 180° inversion, and high-pressure water flow thoroughly rinses the inner wall of the bottle, cleaning any residual impurities and dust. After rinsing, it automatically drips dry and then rotates 180° to return to its original position.

The filling unit employs an industry-standard bottle-feeding process with a hanging neck, effectively preventing contamination from bottle bottom friction and bottle misalignment. During filling, the bottle rotates integrally with the water tank, smoothly sliding upwards along precision guide rails and rods, automatically opening the filling valve to begin filling. Once the filling volume reaches the target, the bottle descends along the guide rails, detaching from the filling valve, which automatically closes and locks, preventing dripping and overflow.

The sealing unit consists of three specialized components: a cap feeder, a cap separator, and a cap screwing machine. This achieves fully automated cap feeding, orderly cap separation, and precise cap screwing, eliminating the need for manual cap placement and significantly improving production efficiency. The core equipment features a constant torque intelligent force control device that adaptively adjusts the capping force based on cap specifications and bottle shape parameters, effectively solving problems such as leaks from overly loose caps, cap breakage from overly tight caps, misaligned caps, and slippage.
