Composition of a 3-in-1 barrel water filling line:
1. Automatic Film Cutting and Uncapping Machine:
It can accurately cut the sealing film and easily lift the lid using a powerful suction cup and robotic arm during the capping process.
Removes stains and impurities from the outer wall of the bucket using a high-speed brush.
3. High-Pressure Internal Flushing Machine：
A 120bar high-pressure plunger pump pressurizes the water tank to provide 360° thorough flushing of the inner wall. Used for cleaning and descaling the inner wall of water tanks.
4.Automatic bagging machine
Applies film to the barrel and seals it.
5.Automatic Palletizer:
Automatically identifies, grabs, transports, and accurately stacks bottled water, reducing labor costs.
