Our fully automatic blow molding machine is a two-step PET stretch blow molding equipment specially designed for beverage and drinking water factories. It performs the whole bottle-making workflow automatically: PET preform feeding, infrared heating, stretching, high-pressure blowing and finished bottle discharge.
It mainly produces PET bottles for purified water, mineral water, spring water and other non-carbonated beverages. It can also be adapted for small-size containers for liquid food and daily chemicals. When matched with our RO water treatment system, bottle blowing, water purification and bottle filling can form a full turnkey bottled water plant solution.

Full automatic workflow
The machine adopts PLC intelligent control. PET preforms are automatically lifted and fed into the heating tunnel, heated evenly by infrared lamps, then transferred to the blowing station for stretching and forming. Minimal manual operation is required during continuous production.
Uniform heating & stable bottle forming
The independent infrared heating zone provides precise temperature regulation. Preforms are heated evenly to avoid thin walls, deformation or bottle defects, guaranteeing consistent bottle quality batch after batch.
Integrated design for water bottling lines
This blow molding unit can be directly connected to bottle filling machines. It is perfectly matched with our Foren water treatment equipment, making it an ideal selection for new greenfield bottled water projects and plant upgrading.
