Double Pass RO System

The entire frame, piping, and tank of this double pass RO system are made of stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant, and adaptable to humid production environments. It is easy to clean and maintain, and has a longer service life. The skid-mounted integrated design integrates all components onto a single base frame. The entire unit is assembled and tested before leaving the factory. After receiving the equipment, customers only need to connect the inlet, outlet, and drainage pipes and power supply to put it into use, eliminating complex on-site assembly procedures and significantly shortening the project implementation cycle. It is ideal for overseas plant construction, new small-scale water plant construction, and replacement of old water purification equipment.

The core technology uses a double pass reverse osmosis purification process. Through two pass of RO membrane deep filtration, it effectively removes sediment, colloids, suspended solids, discoloration, and odors from the raw water, while also removing bacteria, heavy metal ions, and various salt impurities. Raw water is pre-treated and filtered in a tank, then sequentially passed through a primary and secondary reverse osmosis system. The resulting water is of stable quality, meeting direct drinking water standards. It can be supplied directly to the public, used in conjunction with bottling lines for bottled and barrelled water production, and is also suitable for process water needs in the food and daily chemical industries.

The equipment features an intelligent electrical control system with a touchscreen display and a conductivity meter for real-time online monitoring of the produced water quality, providing a clear view of the data. Pressure gauges and flow meters are included, allowing for real-time observation of inlet and outlet water pressure and flow rate changes, facilitating operator monitoring of equipment operation. The entire unit operates fully automatically, producing water automatically upon startup and featuring an automatic flushing function to reduce membrane element scaling and clogging, lowering labor costs. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button and status indicator lights, enabling rapid shutdown in case of abnormalities to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.

The double pass RO system is equipped with a complete dosing system and an antiscalant tank. Under conditions of high raw water hardness, it automatically adds a antiscalant, effectively preventing scaling on the reverse osmosis membrane, protecting the RO membrane modules, extending the membrane's lifespan, and reducing subsequent consumable replacement costs. All pumps and valves use industry-standard components. The downstream regulating valve allows for flexible adjustment of system pressure and flow, adapting to different raw water qualities. Whether using municipal tap water, groundwater, or well water as the feed water source, the equipment operates stably.
