First, the two stainless steel tanks on the right side of the equipment house a multi-media filter and an activated carbon filter. Simultaneously, it is equipped with scale inhibitor dosing systems, reducing agent dosing systems, and pH adjuster dosing systems to inhibit membrane scaling, eliminate residual chlorine oxidation damage, and control the SDI value of the influent to meet standards, completing the pretreatment step for the influent.
The pretreated water then enters the reverse osmosis system. This commercial reverse osmosis equipment is a two-stage reverse osmosis filtration system. The first stage of reverse osmosis uses six 4040 membranes, while the second stage uses four 4040 membranes. It is also equipped with two booster pumps to complete the two-stage purification process, reducing the conductivity of the output water to below 5 μS/cm.
