From empty bottle loading and multi-station internal and external spray disinfection to atmospheric pressure uniform speed filling and precise torque capping, no manual intervention is required. Only one operator is needed to monitor and manage the entire process, effectively addressing pain points in the drinking water industry such as labor shortages, large errors in manual filling, and difficulties in hygiene control, significantly reducing labor costs and production error rates.
The rinsing unit features multi-stage spray stations, combined with a disinfectant circulation rinse and a secondary rinsing process with purified water. This ensures 360° thorough cleaning of the bottle's inner wall and neck, removing residual impurities, dust, and microorganisms. Rinsing wastewater is discharged through a separate pipeline, preventing cross-contamination. The filling process utilizes gravity-fed, atmospheric-pressure filling, resulting in a smooth water flow that minimizes foaming and splashing, minimizing filling volume errors. Each batch of product maintains a consistent and stable liquid level. The filling volume and flow rate can be adjusted with a single button on the control panel according to different bottle/container sizes, adapting to both small-bottle batch production lines and large-container, low-speed, precision production modes. The capping system is equipped with an automatic cap feeding and sealing mechanism with customizable torque parameters. This ensures a tight seal to prevent leakage during transport while avoiding excessive torque that could cause bottle neck breakage. It is compatible with various cap types, including standard tamper-evident caps and smart caps. Changing cap types is simple and quick, requiring no disassembly of numerous parts, allowing for rapid bottle type switching and production updates.


The automatic rinsing filling and capping machine features a built-in variable frequency speed control module, allowing for flexible adjustment of the machine's operating speed according to order capacity. It can smoothly adapt to both small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production. The transmission components are equipped with shock-absorbing and noise-reducing structures, resulting in a low failure rate and minimal wear during long-term continuous operation. Routine maintenance only requires periodic cleaning of the pipeline filters and spray heads, making subsequent maintenance convenient and cost-effective.
