This bottled water filling machine is designed for large-scale production of 5-gallon/3-gallon bottles of purified water, mineral water, and spring water. The entire machine is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel and enables fully automated, continuous operation from empty bottle loading to finished product packaging. Capacity ranges from 150 bottles/hour to 2000 bottles/hour with various customized options.
A fully automatic external bottle brushing machine is connected to the front end of the bottled water filling machine. This machine uses high-pressure spraying and brushing to thoroughly clean the outer walls of recycled old bottles, removing mud, moss, dust, and residual advertising stickers.
The bottled water filling machine is a 3-in-1 machine combining internal cleaning, filling, and capping. The cleaning process consists of the following steps: emptying residual water → pre-rinsing → alkaline solution circulation cleaning → high-temperature disinfectant soaking and rinsing → pure water rinsing → sterile pure water final rinsing → drip draining.
After washing, the empty barrels enter the filling stage. The equipment can choose between gravity filling or quantitative pressure filling. The filling valve features an anti-drip design to prevent overflow, underfilling, and overfilling. After filling, the barrels automatically enter the capping process, completing instantaneous automatic cap placement and screw sealing.
At the rear of the bottled water filling machine, a light inspection device, labeling machine, heat shrink machine, coding machine, film wrapping machine, and palletizing machine can be connected sequentially to complete a one-stop filling and packaging service for water barrels.
