1. All-stainless steel construction-corrosion-resistant and easy to clean: The entire machine frame, piping, and tanks are constructed from stainless steel. This material offers superior rust resistance, inhibits bacterial growth, and meets sanitary standards required for industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.
2. Ultra-high filtration precision: Features a filtration precision of 0.0001 μm, removing over 99% of contaminants-including heavy metals, salts, bacteria, and viruses-to ensure the treated water consistently meets quality standards.
3. Compatible with diverse water sources: The 1000 lph ss RO plant is capable of treating high-hardness and highly contaminated water sources (such as tap water, groundwater, well water, and surface water); the product water can be used directly for production or drinking.
4. Scale inhibition and prevention: Effectively removes calcium and magnesium ions to prevent membrane scaling and clogging, thereby extending the RO membrane's service life and ensuring long-term, stable equipment operation.
5. Intelligent control and ease of use: Equipped with a PLC control panel for real-time monitoring of flow rates, pressure, and conductivity; features fully automatic operation and one-touch start/stop functionality, simplifying operation requirements.
