RO plant machinery utilizes the RO process, employing pressure-driven membrane separation to effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, and organic matter from water. To achieve this, a pump applies pressure to the saline solution, overcoming natural osmotic pressure and forcing water through the RO membrane. Simultaneously, to prevent the accumulation of salt impurities on the membrane surface, the system continuously flushes the membrane with concentrate, carrying away impurities to complete the desalination and purification process.
RO plant machinery can process a wide range of feed water sources, including brackish water (TDS < 1000 ppm), groundwater/well water, municipal tap water, rainwater, and river or lake water.
