Tubular ultrafiltration systems utilize a cross-flow configuration. If the processing capacity of a single membrane element is insufficient, multiple elements can be connected in series to achieve greater processing capacity. This system uses 8mm or 5.2mm tubular ultrafiltration membranes and can handle fluids with solid content up to 40,000 mg/L.
