Founded in 2014, Qingzhou Foren Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of water treatment equipment and bottling equipment production lines, integrating research, development, and manufacturing. With years of R&D and engineering experience, the company boasts a team with strong R&D capabilities and rich experience.

Foren can customize different bottled water bottling production lines to meet the diverse production needs of its clients. An indispensable piece of equipment in a bottled water production line is the automatic cap feeding and sorting machine.

Foren's automatic cap feeding and sorting machine consists of three parts: a cap bin, a cap sorting area, and a cap dispensing section. It can accommodate various cap shapes, including three-twist caps, four-twist caps, ordinary plastic caps, and aluminum caps, with a suitable cap diameter range of 20mm-100mm. The production capacity of this equipment can reach 3000-30000 bottles/hour, depending on customer requirements.

The automatic cap feeding machine primarily transports bottle caps from a lower position to the capping machine hopper at a higher position, serving as an auxiliary device to the capping machine. Its efficiency can reach 5000-40000 caps/hour.

Working Principle:

1) The cap feeder is equipped with a detection switch. When the number of caps consumed reaches a certain level, the detection switch sends a signal, activating the cap feeder.

2) The cap bin contains a certain number of caps. A chain conveyor, driven by a motor, transports the caps to the cap feeder.
