Raw Surface: NO.1 Surface treated with heat and pickling after hot rolling. Generally used for cold-rolled materials, industrial tanks, chemical industrial equipment, etc., with thicknesses ranging from 2.0mm to 8.0mm.
Dark Surface: NO.2D Surface treated with heat and pickling after cold rolling. It is soft with a silvery-white luster, used for deep drawing processes, such as automotive components and water pipes.
Matte Surface: NO.2B Surface treated with heat and pickling after cold rolling, then precision rolled to achieve a moderately glossy surface. Due to its smooth surface, it is easy to re-grind for even greater shine, and has a wide range of applications, such as tableware and building materials. With surface treatments to improve mechanical properties, it can meet almost all applications.
Coarse Abrasive NO.3: A product ground with 100-120 grit abrasive belt. It has good gloss and discontinuous coarse texture. Used for interior and exterior building decoration materials, electrical appliances, and kitchen equipment.
Fine Grit: NO.4, produced using 150-180 grit abrasive belts. It has excellent gloss and discontinuous coarse texture, with finer striations than NO.3. Used in bathtubs, interior and exterior building materials, electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, and food processing equipment.
#320, produced using 320 grit abrasive belts. It has excellent gloss and discontinuous coarse texture, with finer striations than NO.4. Used in bathtubs, interior and exterior building materials, electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, and food processing equipment.
Hairline: HL NO.4, produced by continuous grinding with appropriately sized polishing abrasive belts to create a textured surface (subdivided into 150-320 grits). Primarily used in architectural decoration, elevators, building doors, and panels.
Glossy: BA, produced by cold rolling followed by bright annealing and leveling. It has excellent surface gloss and high reflectivity, resembling a mirror. Used in home appliances, mirrors, kitchen equipment, and decorative materials.
