Seven 1T/H single-stage reverse osmosis water treatment units designed and manufactured by FOREN Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. have completed the entire process of commissioning, quality inspection, and packaging, and are now officially shipped to Morocco.

Morocco, located in North Africa, generally suffers from high hardness, excessive salinity, and a high concentration of particulate matter in its groundwater and surface water. Whether for small- to medium-sized industrial pure water supply or commercial and domestic water purification, stringent requirements are placed on the stability, fouling resistance, and purification accuracy of water treatment equipment.
The 1T/H reverse osmosis water treatment units purchased by the customer are FOREN's best-selling models, specifically optimized for the water quality and climate of North Africa, local power conditions, and the customer's actual water needs. Equipped with high-precision reverse osmosis membrane elements, the core water filtration accuracy reaches 0.0001 microns, effectively removing sediment, colloids, heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses, and soluble salts from raw water, stably producing pure water that meets local industrial and drinking water standards.

Meanwhile, considering the hot and dry climate of North Africa, we optimized the equipment's piping cooling system and high-pressure control system to reduce the probability of equipment failure under high-temperature environments. The entire unit adopts a modular, integrated design, occupying a small area, facilitating installation, and simplifying maintenance. This addresses the practical pain points of overseas customers with limited on-site installation conditions and insufficient professional maintenance personnel, enabling 24-hour fully automatic continuous water production without complex operations.
To meet the high standards required for exported equipment, FOREN has established multiple quality control checkpoints from raw material procurement, sheet metal processing, and core component assembly to whole-unit water pressure testing, water quality testing, and continuous 72-hour uninterrupted operation simulation testing, leaving no detail overlooked.
All seven reverse osmosis water treatment units have completed comprehensive factory testing: the pure water output water quality meets standards at 100%; core parameters such as equipment operating noise, water pressure stability, and wastewater recovery rate all exceed industry standards. Furthermore, they come with a fully English operation manual, overseas-specific electrical accessories, and a comprehensive remote after-sales guidance plan, completely eliminating overseas customers' concerns about installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
From drawing confirmation and customized production to on-time delivery, FOREN's production, technical, and foreign trade teams collaborated efficiently and strictly adhered to the delivery cycle. While ensuring high product quality, they efficiently completed the production and shipment of bulk orders, once again demonstrating the company's mature mass production capabilities and stable overseas order delivery capabilities.
