Filling Mechanism: Primarily composed of a finished product water pipe, water storage tank, lifting filling valve, and positioning assembly. After the bottle is positioned, the filling machine moves up and down under the action of a cylinder, with the opening and closing of the valve controlled by the bottle nozzle limit. Product water is injected into the bottle through the pipe, water tank, and filling valve, ensuring filling accuracy, adjustable liquid level, and sealing.

Bottle Washing Mechanism: Primarily composed of a frame, stainless steel frame, water inlet pipe, bottle clamping head, guide rail, lower water receiving tray, upper water baffle, and plexiglass cover. After the bottle is positioned, it clamps the bottle mouth, rotates it 180 degrees for inverted rinsing, and then rotates it 180 degrees back to the conveyor chain. This effectively rinses the bottles internally and externally, preventing splashing of rinsing liquid and offering excellent maintainability, interchangeability, and reliability.

Rotation Mechanism: Combining Italian, German, and French technology, this capping mechanism uses imported high-energy permanent magnets. It features flat cap and top cap devices, resulting in a low cap rejection rate. It also offers adjustable torque, stable and reliable operation, and a high capping qualification rate.
